This is because they don't actually offer service the Yuma area, notwithstanding their address or the information on their Yelp profile. We had a 3-day stay scheduled for Yuma before joining a caravan of RVs in El Centro heading to Baja. We were having a problem with our 12V electrical system not holding a charge and needed someone to check it out. I reached out to Best Tech RV through the Yelp app, based on the description of the service area and services performed. On a positive note, I received a reply very quickly, which I appreciate. On the negative side, the response said they no longer provide service in the area where we are staying. I don't know if he meant near the specific RV Park where we are staying, or Yuma in general. Since their Yelp listing shows a Yuma address, the reply was both confusing and frustrating. They could have provided an explanation, or better yet, perhaps referred is to someone else who could help us. Note that my 3-star rating is NOT based on the quality or timeliness of their service. I give them two stars for the quick reply and added one star because the owner reached out to me after I posted my review. The low rating is for them not providing service in the area their Yelp listing says they serve, for poor communication and for not offering us any suggestions for where to get help with our problem.

I did not get her name but she drives a Black Escalade, I told her several times due to living on a military base she needed a real ID or two forms of ID to enter the base, I waited at the gate for her. When she got there she said she forgot her Driver's License and she only had an ID, then asked if she could get on base with that, after clearly being told no by the gate guards. She said she lived too far away to go back and get it and asked if we could reschedule but she knew I was moving out that day. I was left with borrowing items from neighbors and cleaning my whole house in 3 hours due to her lack of responsibility. I do not recommend them at all!!

John's Glass had done some work for us in the past, so we called them. Julio came out, took measurement , gave us a price, and left. The next thing I know, he shows up with an exact match window and installs it, which was well covered by insurance. We had our house built five years ago. The sliding door never worked right. So, I asked Julio to look at it. He said he didn't know what was wrong with it, but he could come, tear it apart and try to fix it. Minimum charge was $150. Well, $150 was a lot cheaper than a new door. So, we had him come back. Within 15 minutes, he located and fixed the problem, and he gave us a few cleaning hints. The first time we used the door, we almost threw it out the other side of the wall. OMG! A door that actually works. The cheapest $150 we ever spent! Julio is on speed dial.
