Because he wasn't sure it would work (thankfully it did!), he refused to charge me. WOW! Fast forward to a few weeks ago and a dryer that wouldn't heat properly. Guess who I called? Yep - Bonsall. I was very happy to pay for the work this time. And very happy I don't need a new dryer!
