The store is big enough to move around in easily, but not so big that it is overwhelming. The buyer for this store should be commended because I wanted to buy everything. If you need a gift for someone that isn't run of the mill, this is the place to come. They even have a build your own succulent arrangement or terrarium area. I didn't do that, but it seemed like the options were endless. I did purchase a beautiful pothos plant . But they have baby goods, stuff for pets, funny and kitschy journals, mugs, posters, jewelry, clothing. So really, you could spend quite awhile browsing. Staff was friendly and greeted my husband and I and were welcoming. A definite must check out if you are in the Deep Ellum area.

This building apparently has the only available restroom in the area, but it is only for customers. The bathroom code is at the bottom of your receipt. I really had to go, so I looked around for a cheap souvenir. I wasn't about to pay $10.99 for a keychain so I bought a candy bar for $2 (one that is normally less than $1). Just to get a code. The guy really was not that friendly and then tried to short change me with my change from the purchase. Sorry, I will not be going back to this place again.

Upon arrive she greeted me with "if there's liquid in your cup you need to be careful" as I walked through the store she followed me throughout, was extremely rude to my boyfriend who had a simple question about some merchandise. She followed us into the hallway and out the doors . Telling us we could not use the restroom (not part of the store whatsoever) and that we needed to leave because we did not purchase anything. Horrible woman. She made me feel racially profiled and extremely sad and uncomfortable l!

I've been here for 5 nights so far and look forward to seeing their smiling faces every time I walk in there. The flowers sat at the lobby from 10 am until 6:30 pm when my family called me to ask if I have enjoyed my surprise. What surprised I said ? Bottom line is the reception got the flowers and it was addressed to me with my room number and never let me know until the end of the day when my husband called asking for ? This is unacceptable and very disheartening and when I called and spoke with the manager on duty who was extremely rude to me and literally careless. It would have been an amazing experience to get flowers from my loved ones on my bday in a hotel in another state. I would expect an apology followed by something... but nope the manager on duty was rude and unprofessional. Not a happy ending of my vacation in Dallas at the Sheraton Hotel. I hope someone reads this and address to customer service to better serve the customers. Mrs. Jackson

I always try to shop small businesses, but I don't normally come across ones that will make exceptions to their no return policy. Kudos to this business! The item was beautiful and hand-beaded so the quality this store offers was never an issue. I still have an issue with being followed around and being watched like a hawk the entire time I was there. I hope they talk to their employees about how uncomfortable this makes the customers as I would like to come back here if I was back in town.

I bought a cape and some shirts and when I got home and tried the items on the chemicals from the factory they were made in caused an allergic reaction (nose running, watery eyes, throat closing up) and my mom had the same reaction as well. The cape did not have a tag that states the materials of the fabric or the country where it was made. It's as if they removed it. When I went to return the items the staff got really worked up and emotional about it and they sent a manager to talk to me and I think she was just told to tell me she wasn't going to refund my items no matter what. (I had receipts, all price tags were attached, and it was within a week of purchase.) I told her I had a reaction to the clothes and she said she wasn't going to question if my reaction was real or not but no one has ever had any problems with their clothes before. Then she asked me "What's the REAL reason you want to return these items???" I said, "They made me sick?!?!" That seems like a reasonable reason to return something. I also told her that if they don't allow returns they should tell people before they buy things. She said I would have known if I would have reviewed the bottom of the receipt. I asked her how seeing the policy on the receipt would have helped me know not to buy the item since you don't get a receipt until after you buy the item. How would that change anything? She goes, "Well, it wouldn't. It' wouldn't matter because you would have already bought it and all sales are final." I asked, "If I asked for a return immediately after being given the receipt and seeing the fine print on the bottom would I have been able to get a refund?" She said no and realized what she was saying did not make any sense. Then said they aren't required to have the policy posted anywhere in the store. I informed her that they absolutely are. By law. Then she said other shops around here don't allow returns and don't have signs posted. I said, "Well that is illegal." She said she didn't know anything about that and wasn't going to look into it. Eventually they agreed to give me store credit and they said the owner would call me and let me know if they decided to refund my money or not but it's been several weeks and I haven't gotten a call. No surprise there. After this experience I never want to buy anything from this store or their other stores (Houss on Bishop and Home on Bishop). **UPDATE** a few days ago I saw the EXACT same cape I purchased from their store for $170 (the item that did not have a factory tag) on amazon for $45. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!!
