I would not recommend this place. The staff is really friendly but EXTREMELY unorganized . I paid for my countertops back in August and to my dismay still haven't received them (November 2020). On September 4th we had finalized and confirmed our order. Lon, told us it would be installed in the following two weeks. We waited three weeks before calling in. When we did we found out that they hadn't even cut the counters, yet. Even though it was confirmed on their notes they didn't send the order out. We have had this happen a total of three additional times. Where they didn't confirm us, even though we had called several times, and we even went in. In addition they constantly 'forget' to contact us to tell us that our order has been delayed yet again. I am so frustrated with them. We haven't had our kitchen for months. It is so frustrating not being able to use our kitchen and limiting what we can make. I have had to constantly call in to find out anything. They have taken absolutely no action in trying to correct their mistakes. read more

Great place. Just got our countertops done with them. Shopped around at Home Depot and some other places for granite countertops. These guys were cheaper and had better selection of granite than what we had seen. We happened to find this place looking for another one that had moved to Industrial Parkway. They came out as measured same day, gave a quote the next day and had the countertops installed just two weeks later. Love my counter! Great work, definite recommend. read more

About two months ago I read a review about a particular tile grout that seemed really good, somehow I found it available at Southwest Marble & Granite (Tile and Supply). I went to the store to purchase it but the color wasn't in stock but they took my name and number and said it would be ordered that week. About two weeks late I went to the store and asked if it was in, they said no but it was on the way and they would call when it arrived. A month later without a call from them I again went in to see if they had it, sure enough a grout container was on the counter with my name on it, but the color wasn't close to what I requested. I asked the individual to speak with a manager, he said he was. I asked if I could speak with the general manager, little response. I went out into the show room and asked the receptionist if I could speak with a manager, I told her the story but it was over her head and she didn't want me to bother the owner or manager. If you have a problem involving something as simple as a container of grout you'll get better results talking to your dog or cat. read more

Southwest Marble & Granite installed the granite counters in our kitchen and our undermount apron style Elkay sink. We assumed they knew how to install apron sinks as their work appears in the St George parade of homes and they appeared professional. We had a beautiful piece of granite picked out. We weren't present for the installation but what we saw afterward was appalling. Instead of the sink front being flush with the cabinets on either side, it was recessed, as though they expected us to cover the nice stainless front with wood. And worse, the granite cut around it was one seamless piece. So the fix would involve finding more of the same granite to cut and then having the cut lines visible but this would enable the sink to be pushed forward. They did indeed do this (and we have cut lines in the granite running parallel to the sink) and refused to compensate us financially (even a token amount) for an inferior job. After a month or so, we had to call them back because the sink was not seated properly and was pulling away from the caulking. They shimmed up the sink and applied more caulking but we realized several weeks later that the sink needs yet another shim job. So my advice: STAY AWAY from these guys. They are amateurs masquerading as professionals. Don't be fooled by a nice showroom, as we were. It's all about the installation. read more
