I come from a former Soviet country where my technician had a physician's degree and dermatologist training, so it was very hard to find someone equally skilled and sophisticated here in New York. I tried some of those fancy Manhattan places where they overcharged me, scarred me, worked very slowly, and complained that my hair had fair roots and was too light for them to see properly. Virginia exceeded even the high standard set by my first technician. She's fast, precise, doesn't need any direction and simply knows exactly what to do.
