I walked in and was greeted right away by a very friendly associate. The process to pick up took me 2 minutes. I was browsing the very organized and clean store. I opened what I thought was a body butter to smell it and to my surprise it was powder stuff for the bath that went every where. All over the floor and the display. I was so embarrassed. The associate was so helpful. She came right over with the broom and swept it up. I felt so bad I made a mess, but she made me feel so much better because she was so understanding. There is very little engagement or willingness to help locate products, which is disappointing for a brand that is known for customer support. One important heads up. Be very cautious when buying or using Sephora gift cards at this location. I had a valid Sephora gift card with the barcode and PIN clearly visible, and I was told it could not be redeemed because the employee said she could not read the numbers. No alternative solution, escalation, or attempt to troubleshoot was offered. If you already know exactly what you want and can find it yourself, you might be fine. But if you expect help, professionalism, or basic problem solving, I recommend visiting a standalone Sephora where the experience actually matches the brand.
