Great place to start if you, too, are trying to employ a screen-free form of entertainment for your family. Shop is ran and owned by Taz a 6-year-old dingo, and his human Mr. Otto, a retired high school teacher who suffers from bibliomania. Having a conversation with Mr. Otto is like flipping through an encyclopedia - though not always the right one, at first. But guaranteed, you'll learn something new!!! Awesome character! He and Taz held my 6-year-old's attention while I flipped though the shelves. We are definitely going to be repeat customers!

They receive tons of book donations from the community, which makes each trip feel fresh since there's always something new in rotation. The prices are amazing too--I walked out with 4 books for under $20, which is such a steal. I understand with customers coming and going, it can be hard to stay on top of these things, but as someone that has retail book experience, it looks as if this place isn't even trying. They do have a decent selection of recent publications, however you would have to spend the entire day in order to find them. There are only two spaces where you can park to donate so if it's full you might need to circle the block and wait for a spot. The shopping experience is great.
