They first gave me Kim Greenfield, who did an amazing job. However, after a long and expensive appeal all of a sudden, without even bothering to ask, the firm switched my representative to Julie Burick who conveniently charges much more hourly than Kim. There's a gentleman who left a review stating that if you're a female, maybe you'll have better luck with Julie than he. I'm here to testify that that is false. Julie is firstly, heartless. She doesn't care about clients, she cares entirely about herself and her paycheck. My custody case stretched out (thanks to Covid) over 3 years. Mind you, I have one child & one child alone. Due to a medical diagnosis I received during my case, I am unable to have more. Evidently in the eyes of this law firm, that is irrelevant. At the end of a long and tumultuous 3 year custody battle for my only son, I was backed into a corner - Either back out of the fight entirely or let the courts drag my (then) 10 year old son into the family drama in the courtroom. This firm never once had my son or my personal best interests in mind. Julie even recommended I let the courts drag my son into the middle of the ugly battle. Regardless how much money we dumped into the case (over $100k) this attorney's office allowed a womanizing rapist to gain custody of my only child. They also signed me up for several years of random hair follicle, urine or blood drug testing by the opposing parties and assigned me a BS visitation schedule that gives me very little meaningful time with my son and inhibits my ability to gain any form of decent employment. If you're looking for a firm that is going to actually give a damn about you, this firm is not the one. Their only concern is their bottom line. I have since found new council that upon reviewing what this firm did for me was both shocked and appalled. If you truly care about the battle you're about to fight in the court of law, please find an attorney's office that cares as much as you do. I don't honestly know how this firm has gotten SJ Top Lawyer, I guess they paid for the title with the outrageous amounts of money they steal from those who attempt to trust them. I'm sure Bob will have some witty and falsely contrite statement to make back to this review as he has done with the rest of the negative reviews about this firm, but please, do not be fooled by his blatant guise. Of course he's going to try to up-talk his people and dissuade the facts. If he represented the truth about his firm no one would hire them and that would effect his bottom line which is what he truly cares about.

On top of that if you want to include attorney fees from other suits, she refuses to include it in your bankruptcy, so the attorneys can still come at you with their fees. I asked her to include my condo's attorneys fees because they were enormous, but all she said was she wasn't going after "bigger fish" since it was beyond her means. So not happy with that, because now I have to pay these greedy attorneys off and the interest they accrue is so high that I have to pay $11,000+ out of pocket! Do research and find other attorneys who are actually willing to go after corporations.

After showing up to mediation I received an email stating that she had not had all the information need for my case which leads me to question what was Lynn Castillo doing in preparation to the hearing that she was not aware of this missing information some of which I had already provide to her once again. I had to notify Lynn Castillo's firm via email about missing information that my wife failed to provide and in the end the situation and stress of dealing with a divorce and the uninvolved and lacking of attention to detail law firm was too much of bear and I independently conceded an divorce case because I didn't want to have to start over by hiring a new lawyer.

I had screen shots of the times for all calls, they also inflated the amount of time spent on doing the tax form wrong. When I told them that the form was done wrong they terminated our contract. I had to hire another attorney who redid the form correctly. Dragon missed a lot and had addition errors on the form.
