This was particularly helpful for my family as we didn't know where to begin with for an obituary. They will even act as liaison for military burials or being present for church services. During our particular encounter, we had the nasty circumstance of transporting across state lines and had to speak with another funeral home---leading to a bit of paperwork. My husband had already had trouble with him because he didn't set up his bank draft properly and my husbands payment didn't come out. Thankfully when Brandon failed to answer a few more questions. I called in and spoke with Morgan Moore. She was informative, honest, and to the point. She explained our policy as its listed, no extra so called discounts like drive & save, that weren't apart of our policy. She explained what that program is and how we could potentially save with it. She explained why some of my rates were higher than my husbands and that because I drive a Lexus its more expensive if there were to be an accident. She explained that my husband and I are on two different programs and at renewal she will see if she can get me on that program. She even informed me that she set herself a reminder to make this request at renewal. Let them know of situation and they still wanted payment in full knowing of this issue. Never offered to lower interest or anything to make payments affordable so they could start getting paid back. And the location was aware I was on SSI fixed income. Then they started constantly calling in mid September almost every day (which I could not answer because I have been in hospital or almost the end of September til a week ago) bc my liver is failing and doctors are trying to get test and all taken care of so when I am contacted my MUSC they can start the transplant process. So I did answer the phone one day and informed them of this only to be again informed they were requesting three months almost $3000 from me ( my SSI again them knowing was only income at around $780 a month to pay all bills) I informed them I was in the hospital and basically was told that was fine I could pay thru the app. Asked for district manager and regional manager to contact me back to see what could be done to keep me from losing my car. Never heard from anyone but the store itself. Then I wake up one of the days I'm not in the hospital but still have to go back and have two procedures. Only to find they had the vehicle taken in the middle of the night with no notice by phone, mail or anything. I contacted the CEO office this morning again with no response. Because when they repossed my vehicle with no notification they took at least three of my oxygen tanks which I need to breathe and have yet to even be in contact even after notifying the CEO of TItlemax of said issue.
