This guy tried hitting on me unprofessionally and said he has an open marriage. When he and one of his workers were working on my chimney I noticed he smelled like marijuana when he came in so I could pay him, as if they may have been smoking while working. One day, he told me a story that one of his trucks broke down and asked me for the other half of the money before he finished the job. I did not do that. I paid him to repair an exterior electrical socket and he said he did it but come to find out it still wasn't working. He said he was going to come back out to fixed it and clean up the masonry mess he left on my roof from the chimney repair on a specific day and never came. He just disappeared. Doesn't return calls or texts that are read. I regret using him for services.

He said that it was amazing no jacks had been put in previously, the distance between the beams was much too far and the wooden joists were cracking. He provided a comprehensive proposal and was ready to talk with us on the phone before we had the work scheduled to be completed. This was very helpful to calm our worries. The work that was done was, fast, efficient and we are very happy with the result. Chis was our foreman, many thanks to him! I recommend this company very highly. It's hard to trust a company that you might find on the internet. I think that we were very lucky that we were able to find Keystone. We improved the value of our property. Friends and family were uncomfortable with the pricing and it was hard on our budget but the quality and timeliness that Keystone provided was definitely worth what we paid for in my opinion.
