I generally don't write reviews but I feel the need to warn others of what I've experienced dealing…read morewith Sibert Pro. I hired them to build a 2 car garage on my property. I initially had multiple different contractors and companies out to give quotes. The Sibert representative that I had dealt with in the beginning of this process was very persistent and reached out regularly to convince me to choose their company, which I did. He came out immediately for me to sign the contract with the promise that the build would begin in "3-4 weeks or sooner" and would only take a few days to complete once started. This timeline is even indicated right on our contract. That's the only reason I chose them, because their timeline was the best. After signing the contract mid September and paying a $10,000 down payment, communication with the company was almost completely absent. The person I signed the contract with said he would provide me with an invoice that shows I made the down payment later that same day. It took him over 3 weeks to even provide me with a receipt, and only after I called and messaged him multiple times for 3 weeks requesting the receipt. The same representative would tell me that they were coming this day and that day but never showed up. This happened nearly a dozen times that he would message me and say they're coming but never show up. They never even reached out to tell me they weren't coming. They just no-showed. I then started communicating with a different person from the company but that wasn't much better. I was told each week for 8+ weeks that the project would begin that week but nothing ever began. It's now been over 13 weeks since signing the contract and the project never started. Over the weeks, I reached out to Sibert Pro multiple times expressing that if the project is too much to take on, or if they're that far behind, that I would be fine with taking my refund and hiring another company. However, they kept promising that it would begin that week, and that week just never came. After over 12 weeks and multiple missed deadlines that they promised they would be started and finished by had passed, I ended up demanding my money back. Then they kept telling me that they'll send my refund this day or that day. I sent 8 messages and an email over the course of over a week before I even got a confirmation for a refund. I even got to the point that I consulted with my attorney and was prepared to take legal action because of how many times they brushed me off with the project and then with giving my money back. It took a total of 11 days of me asking each day for my refund before I got it. I always try to give companies, especially local businesses, the benefit of the doubt but this company was awful to deal with and made such a multitude of false promises that I had to share my experience in hopes that others don't fall for what I did. I found them to be extremely unreliable, dishonest, and quite unprofessional. If they were honest from the beginning and communicated that they we're running behind or wouldn't be able to do the job, I would be much less upset. But they kept guaranteeing me each week that it would begin that week, and it just never did. Then they waited until winter when it was too late to even begin to admit they wouldn't be able to do it. I could have had another company do it months ago and have it finished for winter but Sibert Pro conned me.

Sam was very attentive to the details of the job and stayed in contact from shingle selection to the post-job follow-up. The work to tear off the old shingles and install the new roof was completed in one day. This included repairs to an area that had been leaking. He took pictures of the work as it progressed and detailed pictures of the completed work. I was very impressed with the exactness of the shingle alignment.
