But I'm glad I did because I felt I can drive up and down Woodruff Rd 10x in this traffic after my massage. I told, I think his name is Mark, the masseuse my problem areas and he massage the knots out of my neck and shoulders and lower back. I felt so much better after my session. They have a membership program that you can purchase which gives you a massage once a month. If you skip a month you can roll over it to the next month. And if you want to cancel it you don't have to pay any cancellation fee. And there is no contract to sign either. The only draw back for me is the location. Right where all the worst traffic is on Woodruff Rd. I will definitely go back here the next time I need another massage. Today I went and my hair did not turn out well at all. The highlights were uneven and brassy and my hair is damaged. I went straight to a different salon and was told to try purple shampoo. I did and it helped some then it was suggested online that I try blue shampoo to help with the brassy color. This is not what I wanted at all. I'm embarrassed to go to work. PLEASE HELP! I was further told my hair wasn't toned. I am so devastated. I was eventually contacted by management via a response to my google review basically saying the stylist are independent contractors and there is nothing she can do. The stylist has refused to refund me my money. Any suggestions?
