The place itself is inside a chiropractic office. That I did not mind. The massage room is very outdated and not welcoming or relaxing. The rooms are old. The light is bright in there and one of the lights were broken. My massage therapist was super sweet and friendly and she did a great job. I would definitely see her again but maybe in a different setting. I also wish they would put a rug under the bed because when I was done with my massage, I slipped a little when I put my feet down on the bare floors. Most places I go to always have a rug. One thing I wish they would of let me know ahead of time was that I had to wear my mask the whole time during the massage. It was super hard trying to relax being face down with your face in the pillow hole while wearing a mask. I was actually having trouble breathing. Good massage therapist, bad setting.

The spa is clean and modern and the relaxation room looks out to the small lake and feels very serene. I booked my massage last minute and my masseuse was Hannah, and she did a great job. Signature massage for 50 minutes is $150 on weekdays (slightly more on weekends) and I added on scalp massage for $25. The scalp massage ended up being barely 3-4 minutes long, which was disappointing. Also there is a mandatory 20% gratuity on the total bill when you check out, and you cannot opt out of it. Not that I don't want to tip, but I don't think it's right to make it mandatory. I usually like medium to firm pressure and apparently signature massage is only light to medium pressure and you need to book a higher tier massage that's more expensive if you're looking for more pressure. Although I had a nice experience and my masseuse was great, personally I don't think it was worth $200+ price tag for 50 minutes. Usually places at this price range would have nicer amenities too, such as sauna, hot tubs, etc., which this place does not have.

There is a heated bed and aromatherapy diffuser, and Patrick offers a selection of music- traditional spa, R&B, or (my fav) cinematic scores. He uses a lotion instead of straight oil, so you won't walk out a greaseball! You'll discuss what you're wanting to work on and pressure for the session. Patrick is very communicative to ensure your comfort and is a pro with the sheeting. Where he shines is his unique technique, which I can only say is different than any other massage I've ever had. He skillfully stretches as he massages. According to comfort level, he can target glutes and pecs as well, which I love since I've been working out. Lastly, if you book 3 appointments (can be up to 3 months between each), you get a significant savings on the rate. As in, you'd get multiple massages for the price some of the spas giving one-size-fits all massages by a rotating roster of random staff are charging for one!
