Avant d'annuler, j'ai pris un autre rendez-vous à 13 h pour la même journée. Comme je ne suis pas familière avec le système d'Achaïa, j'ai appelé pour m'assurer que l'annulation du premier rendez-vous était bien prise en compte. Malheureusement, la personne au téléphone a été très désagréable, sans aucune notion de service à la clientèle ni de résolution de conflit. Au lieu d'aider, elle m'a accusée à plusieurs reprises de donner de mauvaises informations et a escaladé une situation pourtant très simple. J'ai été vraiment choquée par le ton et le manque de professionnalisme, surtout pour une marque aussi réputée qu'Achaïa. Je trouve cela inacceptable pour un service payant, censé offrir une expérience de détente et de bien-être. À la place, j'ai eu droit à une conversation stressante et irrespectueuse. La superviseure, nommée Fabiola, a également eu une attitude inappropriée qui ne reflète pas du tout l'image que ce salon prétend offrir. Je partage cet avis pour que les futurs clients soient conscients de la qualité du service avant de réserver. Aller dans un salon devrait être une belle expérience, malheureusement, ça n'a pas été le cas pour moi.

My second hairdresser had to fix my hair after Achaia left. Costumer service -0 professionalism 0, communication 0- the service is so bad that I can't figure out how they are still up for business. They ask you to send pictures for the hair but in the end, nothing looks like the picture that you sent. Choosing this hairdresser was the worst mistake I made. The stylists are so rude and unprofessional. If I am being honest, they ruined my wedding day and I want to save another person of going through all of this. Next time you need professional help this salon is definitely not the best option believe me. They are all about money and not the quality of service provided to their customers. All of my bridesmaids were not happy with their hairdos and we all had to adjust them with my second hair stylist because there was no way ithat I was going to get full service with them. Unfortunately, it was too late to replace Achaia by the Rubis.I had high hopes for such a beauty salon in Laval. After a few visits, I have to admit that the service does not match the hype. They do not respect your appointment. Even when they finally get started, they leave you in the middle of the process to chat among themselves or take care of somebody else. The "stylists" are patronizing and do not listen to customers. Extremely disappointing. When the costumer service is optimal, your customers come back and recommend you. It is clear to me that I will never go back there ever or send anyone that I know there for any service. I will continue to let people know about that fucking salon.

Get all your stuff done and then the girl who's done the waxing or threading on you will hand you a receipt which you then take to the front cash and pay and you're out the door as hairless as Barbie. The prices here are unbeatable most beauty salons charge at least $50 to $60 bucks for a full-leg waxing. Here, they charge you $20 flat. Other beauty salons charge you at least $45 for full Brazilian. Here they charge you $20 flat. Eye brow threading is about five dollars. One of the things that used to drive me crazy was how expensive beauty services in Canada are and how dirt cheap it is in other parts of the world like Turkey or India. There, they understand good grooming is important and non-negotiable and essential so that's why it's affordable to everybody. Here on the other hand it's considered a luxury service and that's why prices are ridiculous at other salons. Not anymore. Come to Dee's Beauty, save money and walk out looking like a million bucks. They already have 5 locations on the island but they definitely need more.
