We went this past weekend and it was very crowded and hard for two of us to find a pool that we wouldn't be shoulder to shoulder with strangers. Empty cups and aluminum alcohol bottles floating in tubs. Kids were picking up cups discarded by adults, filling them with dirt and pouring them into the pools while parents partied. We moved a few times and it wasn't a singular occurrence. Many people mentioned they were overstaying their 2 hour pass because the was no way staff could identify them. I used work at a hostpring so I know how hard it is to enforce, but understand that it causes issues like we were seeing. Hot water was nice, but the overall experience could be better. Just dont expect it to be relaxing.

This was no exception. Dawn has an innate ability to find problematic muscle(s) and melt them away. Dawn spent one hour on my traps and upper back with the majority of the focus being on the problematic left trapezius area. She wasted no time, everything she did had purpose, and I walked out of there with significantly less pain and much more range of motion than when I walked in. Dawn has an authentic, warm, and positive energy to her and is a great conversationalist (which is much needed when you have lots of trouble areas that need work). She knows how to moderate the amount of force she is using and is very in tune with how you are responding to the massage. Flowersong is open on weekends (which seems to be sort of rare for places like this in Durango) and Dawn was quick to respond to the text messages we exchanged with her when figuring out the logistics of where her office was located.
