Asian massage is what they call Acupressure, meaning there is a lot of pressure. Some people find it to be too much or too painful, but if you go a couple times you'll get used to it. You can always ask them to go softer if you need. There's a lot of health benefits to getting acupressure, so keep that in mind while you're in pain. - They have semi-private rooms. They have partial walls and curtains, so no one else can see you and you get the benefits of a private room. A lot of Asian massage places are open room, meaning you could be in a room with other people you don't know. In those situations you usually don't take any clothes off, and they just use pressure over your clothes. In the private room scenario, you take your clothes off and they can use massage oils and get the knots out of tight places. - They are very clean and professional here. Overall I did like this place Here's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Every one of these places has their own technique and routine. I have been to others that are a little better, so comparatively I have to give 4 stars. The last thing you should know is that many Asian massage places will walk on your back if you want. I asked them to do that for me. In most cases the massage person is small, let's say between 100 - 120 pounds. I would never judge someone by their weight, but the person I got was probably 150 pounds. They should know that is just too much to be walking on anyone's back.
