Lee is a true professional! He listened to my areas of concern and focused on the knots and fixed me up like new! Very accurate pinpointing pressure. Did not cut any corners or reduce his pressure during the 90 mins session. Very relaxing environment with soft spa music that was not too loud. Worst experience of my life! I have never been treated so horribly & brought to tears. I was literally yelled at by the owner b/c I missed my first appt (injury). I apologized profusely & said the lady I spoke with said it was okay & she made a new appt for me. He made me feel so horrible, I was no longer comfortable getting a massage under the same roof with him. I asked for a refund b/c he marked my Groupon redeemed. He refused. I was so upset & in tears! If I could normally afford massages I would be looking for one on Groupon!. I'm completely shocked by this terrible person. I honestly feel violated & robbed because he took my money without service... I would never recommend this place to anyone. It doesn't matter what kind of massage you order, they only care how long it is. I wanted the 90 minute combo full body with reflexology and hot stones. I got a full body, 5 minutes spent rubbing my feet and a couple of swipes up and down my back with the hot stones. It was all there, but I couldn't communicate with my masseuse - the only time she understood me was when I grunted and winced with pain while she was kneading me so hard. read more

What a fantastic place to relax! I make an appointment here every 2 weeks or so, sometimes even weekly. I never have a problem getting a 1/2 hour full body massage ($30). The ladies who have given me my massages say that I am very tight... which is part of the reason I go there. I used to live by their Aurora location, but now I live close to this one. Amazing!! The foot massage works or to be a full body massage In which you can stay fully clothed. It's an incredible massage and for the price...well the price is soooo low that I highly suggest you tip generously. I literally tipped the price of the service and it was still half the cost of a 60 min Swedish massage elsewhere...and I swear this was better. FYI - I saw a review indicating that the establishment had dirty carpets and the massage was rough. It seemed VERY clean to me. VERY. Regarding a "rough" massage - she definitely "got in there" but there was a moment I tended and she immediately adjusted her pressure. I also felt like I could have stopped and asked her to go "lighter" and she would have. My muscles needed to be worked over so I actually appreciated it. Overall I had a really great experience! The woman taking care of me really worked every muscle firmly but not painfully. This is a traditional Asian massage, She was climbing ontop of me using her knees and elbows to really work my back! I'm a server and deal with sore muscles regularly and I'm so happy to have found this place! My only complaint is on their website in addition to a sign at the front desk demanding "Generous Tips" They even list dollar amounts that they feel are appropriate, $10,$15,$20 or $25. I have been going to Massage Lily in Winfield for 2 years now. I see Ammii every time and she is the best . I get I hour body massage( with hot rock) and she knows how to get out all my knots out. I knew this place would. be nothing special, but dirty carpets when you are barefoot is gross. The older woman who gave me the massage was really rough and I did not feel like I could communicate with her. Somebody else interpreted at the start. I waited out in the vestibule for about five minutes before greeted and then the language barrier began. I had to put heating pads on and take Tylenol for two days after. Even the hot towel was too hot! I gave it two stars because it was inexpensive and I heard a dryer so I think the sheets were clean. I rarely write a. No complaints. Walked in on a Monday afternoon, got right in. 60 minutes massage for $60, I was pleased with that. Not the fanciest place but not cluttered either. She used hot stones which I loved. Light to medium pressure, nice for an hour, and relaxing. I have tight shoulders and she worked on them a bit. She did walk in and out of the room for hot towels a couple times, which didn't bother me. I was given a bottle of water on my way out. All in all it was easy and simple and great! read more
