It being my first time, Inga was very patient with me: she did an initial diagnosis, made recommendations without being pushy, walked me through each treatment as they were happening, and warned me when I could feel a potential pinch here and there. I am really upset with the service here…read more Before my service started, I clearly stated to the staff that I only had a $20 budget. They agreed to do a bio gel removal and clean for that price, but the service felt incredibly rushed and half-assed. They did a poor job cleaning my nails, didnt do my cuticles or under my nails, and they actually filed my nails barely. When I pointed this out and asked the technician to clean it out the stuff under my nails, she refused and tried to pressure me into upgrading to a full manicure, completely ignoring the budget I had established when I walked in. They made me feel uncomfortable and guilty for sticking to my price limit, even though they accepted it upfront. I will not be returning.
