Kathy gives the best massages. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this establishment. Especially Kathy!

We, my wife and I, had a couple's message. It was nice but not great. The lady's doing the message where good, but not what you think of for a couple's message. More like two people in the same room getting a message. The locker they GAVE me did not lock. O got 2 left foot shoes...... My robe would not even fit over my shoulders. I recently spent several hours at the gorgeous Spa Lenore. What a lovely afternoon! I had a massage, facial and mani pedi (with nail design) and enjoyed every service. I have had an ongoing terrible experience with Spa Lenore. It started with an unhonored Groupon after their failure to return calls and emails to schedule the couples massage. This has gone on since February and to this day I can't get a response back from them. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I am out $68 for a Groupon I never got to use. But from what else I have heard I guess I avoided a bad experience. Wouldn't go even if they honored it now. read more

Talk about worthless, I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks ago for today and drove 25 minutes one way from Berea only to find nobody was at this business. Then I look them up online and their own site says they are closed Wednesday. WHAT GENUIS SCHEDULES AN APPOINTMENT FOR A DAY THAT THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS IS CLOSED?????????? Unfortunately, I haven't even gotten to visit you guys. My husband and I have been attempting to book a couples massage with you guys since the week before Christmas. Either no one will answer the phone, repeatedly. (My husband called 3 times one day and never got an answer or a call back, despite leaving a message). Then when we are able to reach you guys and schedule an appointment it has been rescheduled twice now. It was scheduled the 16th, we recieved a call the day before saying the massage therapist had the flu. So it was scheduled for today, the 23rd. When we attempted to reschedule then we were told 4 oclock on the 23rd...then we were called back because the therapist had a meeting at 4 oclock, could we do another day. No. So we were asked to move it back to 3 okay. Okay. No problem. Now, we recieve a call 4 hours prior to our appointment canceling again. Now the massage therapist has a virus. My husband and I have very different schedules. We also have a 1 year old and a 6 month old that we have to schedule child care for when we make the appointments. This will be the 2nd time we have had to make child care arrangements, and work arrangements only to be cancelled on. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever tried to do business with. Do you only have 1 massage therapist on staff? If so, how is it that you plan to provide a couples massage, which requires 2 massage therapists. Huge hassle. read more

My experience at Spa Lenore has been less than satisfactory. I went in almost 3 weeks ago to get a cut and color with Faith and I was not happy with the results at all. The cut was uneven and not shaped at all and the color was nowhere near what I had asked for. I commented on the redness of the color twice while I was there and the stylist blamed it on the lighting. When I got home I was able to really see the damage and I called the very next day to get it fixed. The problem is they only have 1 stylist there (which is strange). I felt very uncomfortable letting the same person work on my hair again and since they didn't have anyone else to fix the problem, I asked for a refund. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and multiple calls and texts and I still have been unable to get a refund. One of the last things the owner said to me was she would make this right for me and that has yet to happen. I had to dish out money at another salon to get the issue corrected so I have officially paid double just for a cut and color. If you are looking for a salon that is good with hair and prides themselves in customer service, I would not recommend Spa Lenore. read more
