We first went to Ashley and settled on some wooden dining chairs. We decided to check out La Sierra based on my previous pleasant experience and were given a much better deal than at Ashley. Under $100 a chair including assembly and delivery! They were able to deliver a few days later with short notice that I had small window of free time. Very happy again with La Sierra and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great prices, sturdy furniture and fast, reliable service.

Went there on Monday and Shalom gave me a great price on a daybed with a trundle.... I was actually…read more$20 short and asked her how long will the sale be on. She told me it's good all month. I told her I'll be back before the end of the week cause I was moving. I took a picture of the bed and sent to it my daughter and she was excited and said yes she'd love to have that bed. Today is Wednesday... I took my daughter to the store to purchase her bed and Shalom confirmed the quoted price and went into the office to "double check". She then comes out of the office and tells me the bed cost over $200 more than the previous quoted price and said she must've read it wrong... Naaaaawwww... She didn't read it wrong. SHE ACTUALLY SHOWED IT TO ME!!! Most people in Houston got their taxes so they spiked the prices. I've bought a few items from this store but after today's experience I'll never go again and I'll make sure all of my friends know not to shop there.

He waited in there about 10 mins just sitting down and when I came in to see what's the hold up the lady said she told him twice to go upstairs to get the stuff. When you buy something of coarse you want a clean new one. How annoying. After spending almost 2 hours here I told her I don't want it anymore customer service sucks she wouldn't give me my money back. She told 20 percent stocking fee. I told her no I want ALL my money back. She didn't give me receipt yet but after I call the cops cuz she wouldn't give me my money back, she then gave me receipt that says 30 percent stocking fee!!!
