Gosh I LOVE this place. I've been coming here for almost a year, and I've had a consistently good experience. A friend recommended their postpartum package to me, so I purchased a pack of 10 postpartum massages to use immediately after giving birth. And do go right after you give birth! I went a month postpartum and apparently I was late haha. The masseuses squeeze your ribs/organs back to sleep since baby pushes all our organs up, and they squeezed the swelling out too because per the masseuses, the swelling of water eventually turns to fat if the swelling isn't reduced. The 20min infrared sauna at the end of the 60min massage is so intense and hot, but I always sweat soo much so I definitely think it works. I am convinced all moms should participate in the postpartum massages, and I'm not saying I lost all my pregnancy weight due to the massages but I think the massages helped tremendously with it. I also have enjoyed many oketani A massages, and gosh those help so much with my clogged ducts and engorgement from breastfeeding. This is the only place I've found that offers oketani massages, and I consider myself lucky for only needing to drive 40-60mins to get to Spa Natureland for the massages because I'd probably drive even further if I didn't live 40-60mins out. Lastly, I've gotten a facial and head spa service here too, and both were fantastic. The head spa left my scalp so refreshed and clean, it was so so nice. The rooms here are simple but clean and quiet. I always park outside on the street (free for 2hrs, although I don't think anyone ever actually checks), but I think they have a small lot with a few spots too if you needed it. I recently had a deep tissue massage at Spa Nature Land, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the service. My therapist, Kay, was exceptional. She had an excellent understanding of pressure points and muscle tension, and she consistently checked in to ensure the pressure was comfortable yet effective. Kay's technique was both precise and intuitive. She was able to identify tight areas immediately and worked through them with a perfect balance of firmness and care. Throughout the session, her professionalism, attentiveness, and skill made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. The spa environment was clean, calming, and well-maintained, which added to the overall experience. I left feeling noticeably lighter, refreshed, and with significant relief from muscle tension. I was so excited to get my head massage and with in my first minute of massage, I was worried. First of all, I am sure it is for hygienic reasons, but my masseuse had plastic gloves on during massage. So each rub was rough for my head, and I kept asking her to be more gentle. Over all the massage was a disappointment. The shampoo and container w/ gloves was a little better. The neck, face, arm and above chest massage was great. The people are nice, and environment is clean. The walls are way too thin, you can hear the guy outside blowing leafs, and people walking around in hallway, and washing machine going off. I recently had an incredible experience at Spa Natureland. The expertise and techniques which Mina has in customers' bodies completely transformed my postpartum body. She introduced me to what my current body condition is and how to maintain it to the best condition. Just one massage noticeably reduced my swelling and pain which I had from giving a child birth. I'm not a big fan of massage in general but I just fell in love with it that I brought my husband to one of the sessions so that he can experience too and he loved it also! Not only is she immensely skilled with these techniques, but her kind and professional demeanor made the entire experience delightful. She has an exceptional talent for healing a human in general and she strongly encouraged me to have healthy body and healthy mind which bring me positive energy to raise my children. Everytime I visit here, I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. I am definitely planning to revisit Spa Natureland. Great spa but horrendous customer service. I had never been here but friends of mine purchased me a gift card less than 4 months ago and I booked the service and they told me it expired. I have NEVER heard of a spa whose gift card expires less than a year let alone less than 6 months. When I paid for my additional service they said it was fine and then called me back hours later to pay for my full service bc they wouldn't take the gift card. So not only did my friends pay for the gift card that can't be refunded or exchanged I had to pay for it as well. It was really upsetting bc I had really enjoyed it and planned to return. Not a good experience at all. First, was asked to pay before services rendered including tip Massage therapist was not good at all. Was rough with moving my body around table didn't cover me with blanket got oil over my hair and when I asked her to cover my head with a towel she told me to wash my hair when I got home. it was the most unrelaxing massage I've ever gotten in all my years. She started with my neck, but then went to my arms and legs. When she massage my back, she asked me to turn on my side, which was awkward and very uncomfortable. It made absolutely no sense , when I tried to explain to her what areas I wanted her to work on she couldn't understand because spoke and understood very little English. She left her phone on and when it rang she answered it in the middle of a massage. After 200+ dollars I was the most uncomfortable and unrelaxing massage I have ever had. When I let the owner know all she did was to offer me a $10 coupon towards my next massage. That to me is completely unacceptable. read more

I couldn't recommend this place more to all the mamas. Mina, the owner, and other specialists are excellent at what they do and revived my condition. Somehow they spotted all the problem areas and worked their magic. And they genuinely care for eh wellbeing of the mamas. When I can afford the time, I would opt for massages here over anything. The postpartum massages from here are like presents to me. I had a tough second pregnancy and I was feeling exhausted and fragile postpartum. My friend had raved about this place, and I was desperate to try anything to feel better. After only a few sessions, I can feel the difference in my energy level and body balance. This was a birthday present from someone who made a mistake and bought me a gift card to a place that was not the one I wanted. What a fortuitous mistake! This place is great! So clean, friendly, and WOW, what an awesome massage. I forgot the name of the man who massaged me, but I will ask for him when I return! His skill set and quality of care is superb! I was referred to Mina (the owner) by a group of first time moms in NJ after I suffered a mastitis. They told me I must see her to relieve painful knots and clogged ducts. I was blown away and couldn't believe the result just after one session. I ended up purchasing a package and have been coming to her biweekly since and now for post- weaning sessions. I don't know how my condition could have been had I not gone to her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and a master at what she does.It was such a pleasure getting to know her and I cannot wait to come back to this new location!
