I had the H20 Derm and facial and my skin was positively glowing! I would definitely recommend this treatment. I've already re booked!

I recently visited this spa as a treat from my husband. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the establishment. The ladies greeted me right away. I was there for the Spa Day Escape which included a full body massage, lunch and a facial. The full body massage was amazing. I loved the use of unscented products. The massage therapist took care to hone in on problem areas. The mood was set with spa type music. Lunch was a simple salad with a bottle of water with ranch dressing on the side. The facial was short and sweet with 20 minutes alone to relax after inhaling sweet scents of lavender. The reason for four stars is because I felt there was not much of an experience given. As a first time spa I didn't feel the escape part of the spa. When each part of the day was finished it was abrupt. Not rude just didn't tie in with the relaxation piece of a spa day. The transition piece was missing to keep the mood going. The lunch in my opinion could have been better. They could have asked what you liked in one salad. For example, I don't eat pork. There was ham in the salad I had to pick out. But, the salad was fresh. My facial was moisturizing but felt rushed and not relaxed. The esthetician gave great compliments and suggestions. The establishment prices are fairly expensive and with that being said something should be offered upon your departure. I just kind of got dressed and walked out that's it. There should be a goodie bag if some sort with a 10% coupon or something to retain you as a returning satisfied customer. This is especially recommended for first time attendees. I haven't lived in Monroe for about 4 years. I've moved around the country since then, always in search of a great massage. My point of reference is the experience I had at Spa Nouvelle (Signature Massage) with therapist Ana, which I rate at 5/5 stars. I have sampled so many massages (including overrated Massage Envy--the McDonald's of spas), only to feel dissatisfied. I didn't realize Ana's expertise or the value of a Signature Massage while I had it. I miss it dearly (I'll probably never find myself in Monroe again) and highly recommend. I also received a gel manicure which lasted a full 2 weeks. read more

service is awful I booked an hour long facial. my technician was 15 minutes late then left me waiting for another 10 minutes. when I explained to her I only scheduled one hour between appointments and needed to get started she coped an attitude and finished my facial in under 30 minutes. I also had a wax scheduled. she had no clue what she was doing. wax was so hot I had to stop her. yes it left a burn mark read more

I WAS a new customer at this business. The service was very good, and professional. Sadly, the pricing is not! I was told 1 price for a botox treatment. There was a misunderstanding of what 'area's' mean...and was charged triple! Yes, not double, but triple! You can't take the botox out once it's in! I paid and called later just to ask about that pricing...and hope for a better resolve, since I was a new customer...and the price had changed so much! No compensation was offered of any kind! Yes, more Botox was used, but maybe it should have been explained a little more to me about that much of a price increase! read more
