I just called to make an appointment. The receptionist who answered didn't really speak English. I'm trying hard to learn French since I moved here, but it's a struggle. We both tried, but she eventually said "just a minute", put me on hold (presumably to get someone else), and then a couple minutes later the line was disconnected. It might have been a mistake, but I had similar difficulties before. I feel like an inconvenient customer for them, so I figure I will do both parties a favour and go elsewhere. I should add that my boyfriend has been coming here for years and really likes it. Frankly, it's my own fault for living in Ahuntsic and the Ontario government's fault that I failed to learn French. It's a nice enough salon, but if you're in my situation, you might have an easier time elsewhere.

I would expect a higher quality product for price charged. Check in was haphazard and the staff seemed unsure of several things. I am surprised that the bathrobes and towels were so worn and on their last days of use. The therapy treatments were great. The masseuses are amazing and do fantastic work. Definitely worth the visit. You can schedule them outside of the baths. I would suggest doing a treatment in lieu of the baths.

Recently I went, and the young girl had no idea what she was doing, she kept waxing the same area multiple times, which resulted in severe bruising around my bikini area. When I went to speak to the manager, the manager said it was my skin's fault, she did not even care. Horrible customer service, I also came to find out they use the same wax on all their clients which can result in serious infections. Do not go there for waxing.

This place was filled with so many saunas and pools and activities, I actually regretted only getting the half day pass. It's definitely worth it to spend the whole day here. Food was very good for spa food and very French focused. The blueberry pastry was a highlight for me! And the soup was absolutely delicious. I do wish the locker room area was as nice as the rest of the facilities but this spa experience was truly one of a kind.
