We are thrilled with the renovations that were made to our house by Superb Kitchens and Bath. It…read moreis a family-owned/run business, with Sam as the owner/project manager and his son and son-in-law doing much of the demo and finishing work along with his daughters in the showroom who helped us pick out our cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures and flooring. From the beginning, Sam and his entire staff were honest and helpful with getting us the design that we wanted. We knew what we wanted to do, but not how to configure anything, but Sam was able to envision everything during his appraisal of the job. We knew we wanted new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen and that we wanted to find a way to open the kitchen but just didn't know how. The design that Sam came up with was awesome and made our kitchen feel so much larger. We raised the old 1980s ceiling, which created way more cabinet space, but the design even came with moving appliances that had been in the same place since the house was built and tearing down some walls to make it more open to the dining room and living room. Then he suggested under cabinet lighting and more lighting all over the entire house. The bathroom was the other major renovation for us, and it looks spectacular with the new cabinet/countertop and shower that no longer has a 6-inch drop to get in. We added a shower bench which is awesome and the tile and fixtures are so pretty. Once again, Sam's staff helped us pick out all the cabinets, fixtures, countertops and flooring to go throughout the entire house. There were so many other things done like new baseboards and door trims, removal of popcorn ceiling and replacement of textured ceiling, new lights and ceiling fans, as well as new paint within the entire house. The entire renovation was done with quality workmanship and within the promised 6-week period. It was so nice to have a project manager overseeing all the trades people, such as carpenters, drywall installers, electricians, painters, tilers, glass installers, and plumbers, so that we didn't have to worry about scheduling anything separately. I highly recommend Superb Kitchens and Bath for all your renovation work!

Sam was recommended to us by another contractor that was backed up with work & we wanted to complete our job ASAP. We lucked out as I was able to get a quick fair quote for the job. Superb Kitchen & Bath is a local business and is family ran; So we went with it. We have no regrets. Sam and his workers were all very professional, polite and dependable. Sam is easy to work with and I was able to make several changes as long as I gave advance notice. I definitely recommend Superb Kitchen & Bath for any home renovations.

I had known from the first contact with S&W that this would be the company that would be doing my Reno. Chelsea was my designer and what a fabulous job she did designing the perfect master bath. Robert was my project manager and was wonderful as well keeping me updated on what would be happening at each stage of the Reno. Anyone who entered my house was very professional, did the job they were assigned to complete. Job was completed in the time frame they had given me. I was also able to use plumbing fixtures from another source with no problems as well as the closet system. I highly recommend S&W as I will be using them for my next job coming up soon. I have added pictures of before and after. You will not be disappointed is you

On June 13, 2025, we signed a contract with them. Work began July 21, 2025. They finished on May 26, 2026. The contract stated that it would take 4 months, possibly 5, to complete the project. It took them 10 months to complete. There was a total of at least 15 weeks (a week being 5 consecutive working days, i.e., Wednesday through Tuesday) where NOTHING was done at the house. Prior to beginning demolition, they required a total of 60% of the contract to be paid. At the end of demolition and rough-in, which took 4 weeks, they required a total of 84% to be paid. Then they wanted payment for the project to be substantially complete and usable prior to the installation of the glass shower walls or the master being usable. That would have been 95% of the contract. The supervising contractor stated that he would not have the shower glass installed until they were paid. I sent his boss a copy of the Florida legal requirements for being substantially complete and usable, and I also hired an attorney. When it came time for the final walkthrough and final payment, they didn't want to provide us with the Affidavit of Contractor's Final Payment, which shows if there are any subcontractors who have released their lien and those that haven't been paid and how much they are owed prior to receiving the final payment, even though we had the right to have it according to our attorney. Then, when we received the document, it was a "waiver and release of lien upon progress payment."
