What a great date spot! I have loved driving by this location and seeing all the couples painting…read moretogether on Friday and Saturday nights - so this was my choice for date night. I enjoyed looking through all the options of pottery. I really wanted the popcorn container shaped pottery but unfortunately they were sold out. I decided upon a cupcake container with a removable lid and my boyfriend chose the octopus. The staff was great. We had an employee show us the different painting techniques. We were shown how to choose the colors and the difference each color would have when it was the finished product. I appreciated that there are aprons to wear. It took us a little over 2 hours to complete our masterpieces. During this we snacked on snacks and drinks that I brought in - yes, it is byob (and snacks). I came in several days later to pick up our masterpieces and I loved my cupcake! It came out amazing. I think this can be as affordable of a date night you want it to be based on the items you choose to paint. We had a fantastic time talking and painting. Can't wait to come back.

Had the best time this evening at the all fired up in Winter Park. We came in later than expected…read moredue to a dinner that ran over, but the staff was super kind and attentive to us. The establishment was clean, well lit, and colorful. It was buzzing with energy and creativity. They allow us to choose our piece and had us take a seat for further instructions. I had been to a painting place before, but this provide provided more options for an increased amount of creativity. After taking some time to choose from the variation of colors that they had, we got to work. As closing time got near, we were getting a little anxious that we would not finish, but never felt rushed by the staff at all. They were super kind and helpful to us when asking questions. The music was on point and such a vibe. The cost was great as well. I look forward to seeing what my final project looks like & coming back again.

If you're looking for a fun, beginner-friendly paint-your-own pottery studio, Get Fired Up Pottery…read moreis such a cute and creative experience. You get to pick your piece, choose your colors, and paint at your own pace, which makes it perfect whether you're planning a date, a girls' day, or a solo outing. I came by myself as a little self-care adventure and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. I got in my head at first, but I just wanted to feel like a kid again, and this place made that easy. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel extra special and stress-free. They guide you without hovering, and they're great at answering questions if you're not sure what to do next. Just a heads up: your piece needs to be fired, so it takes about a week to get it back, but it's totally worth the wait. If you want a relaxing, creative activity and a memorable keepsake at the end, Get Fired Up Pottery is absolutely worth visiting.

We made a reservation for four people and were very excited to paint some pottery. The young lady…read morewho greeted us, told us we would be sitting at table #8 as she pointed to it. She then told us to look on both sides of the long shelves and pick a ceramic piece that we wanted to paint. They had a nice variety of pottery to choose from. We each took our time selecting our pieces. They were pricier than we expected. I paid a little over $100 for two small pieces (a turtle & a sun). My sister paid about $27 for a small leaf dish to put small trinkets on. After we all had our pieces, the young woman came out from behind the counter, showed us were the brushes were, how to pick the colors we want to use, and told us that the colors will ultimately look like the colors on the wall. She then said to make sure we give it four coats of paint, then she let us begin. We had a lot of fun painting and talking amongst our group. We even were able to walk across the street to see the Artemis II blast off before going back in to finish painting. One improvement that we would like to see would be more interaction/assistance between the staff and the customers. We would have liked to be given more guidance as to how to paint some of the more intricate areas of the pottery pieces. I, for one, wasn't sure which brush was the best to use on certain areas which caused some frustration. I do hope to return sometime to see if these areas are addressed.
