The owners are very involved with the classes and even serve as instructors from time to time. This involvement gave school leadership the ability to give a student the benefit of the doubt if a test score didn't reflect a student's mastery of a concept in practice, and provided additional instruction if needed. The administrative structure is light and nimble - compared to the top-heavy bureaucracy of a university of community college - and most issues were resolved with a single email or phone call. Or a visit the school president's office - who's door was always open, but was more likely found popping into classes to check for "issues, problems, complaints". Covid-19 locked the world down just before our midterm and, while others schools shutting down and delaying graduations, FRTG kept us on track. With all that said, I definitely recommend the school.
