I thought, cool, should be right around there. They worked 2.35hrs and charged me for 3hrs. I gave them FREE money for extra 30 min that they didn't work. If they said they round up for labor hours I would have chosen another company. All in all, it cost me $200 more then they quoted and I planned than it should have. Don't use them, charging for work hrs not performed plus they don't inform you. Another big concern is we have used then for several moves, including friends. No more support from us. Quite are not good with them either, for the same reason.
