I left work on a lunch break so I was limited on time to clarify the cost. I ended up paying $116 for service that I had changed! I just called and spoke to a manager, and I let her explain and when she asked me what I wanted out of this, I started to speak and she kept interrupting me. So I told her that I can't answer her if she won't let me. She said we can discuss this when you have calmed down and hung up on me. I don't recommend them, they even had a customer in there when I was that said he just wanted to find out what was wrong with his equipment, not just fix it, and so even he was upset. Management was unprofessional and rude. They did work that I had changed my request for. I'm sorry but almost an hour charge for labor when I know that it would not take that long... My car oil change only cost me $65 for full synthetic!!! Total rip off.
