It was $30 for the day to rent a space, which is not bad at all; considering rent prices in the Greater Denver Area for business and residential alike have skyrocketed. But for someone on a budget; it might not work out if you just needed to use the space intermittently. They do have different options, though, and its also a great opportunity to network. I was here on a Friday and it was pretty quiet and not many spaces taken up; it might be different on a busier weekday. I would definitely return if I need an office space for the day in Golden!

BUYER BEWARE…read more Although this building and location are nice the real issue is the moral compass of the company and their commitment to their customers. Spaces/Regus continues to try to charge me full price for the months that Colorado was on lock-down during the Covid-19 pandemic. They claim they can still charge me since they have been open from 3pm-5pm throughout the pandemic due to their status as an essential business. Section 1.6 of their contract clearly states that a customer may be released from their contract if their facilities or chain of facilities are unable to provide the services which clearly they have not been able to provide. I am now being threatened by their billing department that I will be sent to collections if I do not pay. They have several different people from billing to helpdesk giving me the runaround. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!
