Spaces/Regus continues to try to charge me full price for the months that Colorado was on lock-down during the Covid-19 pandemic. They claim they can still charge me since they have been open from 3pm-5pm throughout the pandemic due to their status as an essential business. Section 1.6 of their contract clearly states that a customer may be released from their contract if their facilities or chain of facilities are unable to provide the services which clearly they have not been able to provide. I am now being threatened by their billing department that I will be sent to collections if I do not pay. They have several different people from billing to helpdesk giving me the runaround. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have used a variety of venues through the years both for Reintegra and other events and I don't think I have ever worked with a venue management team that was as easy to work with as Kira and Tom.
