I took half a day off to make sure I was home. At almost 4pm, they called and stated they would be here by 4:30pm. At 4:50 pm, they called and said they could make it by 6pm at a time I was unavailable. I requested first thing in the morning the next day and was told to use another service. I found another service that will be here tomorrow for 1/3 the price.
