We were working with Pro Source Flooring, but when we got an estimate of nearly $14,000 I decided to check with Aaron at Lakefront. Pro Source was not willing to deal with replumbing the dishwasher, refrigerator, toilet or sink (vanity needed to be pulled)....but for a very small fee Lakefront included it in our bid. No need to coordinate flooring installers either a plumbing contractor! Major win! Gary and Matt came out to do the install. They showed up on time every day of the three day install and they worked non-stop only taking one or two short breaks and one was constantly working while the other took a few moments to eat. They were very pleasant and respectful. The work they did was swift...but carefully done. They completed everything, damaging nothing, and doing a fantastic job. We did not need to ask for any touch-ups or adjustments. We are very happy with their professionalism and work quality. Thank-you gentlemen!! Our new floor looks fantastic. I am so happy we took the lesser bid from a smaller company that we hadn't heard much about. They truly did an amazing job....and I didn't pay $4k to keep ProSource in their huge fancy building

After two calls, Jeff, one of the owners, came out and took pictures of the wear spots and that was the last I heard from him. I followed up with him several times over the phone but without a respons. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the carpet and especially with the customer service.

There were three installers (the job was huge) and they did a fabulous job! About three years later I had them install new carpet in one of my first floor bedrooms. During the installation, the installers spoke with Jeff because they were having difficulty seaming it together. None of us - the installers, Jeff nor us - were pleased with the result. Jeff spoke with the carpet rep and was told that the carpet had to be seamed together in a 'very specific way'. Jeff and his installers have over 60 years combined experience in carpet installation but they had never seen a carpet that needed to be seamed the way they were being told, but Jeff agreed to try it. He purchased another piece of carpet and had his installer seam it together at the warehouse as instructed by the manufacturer but he still was not pleased with the way it looked. He immediately took those carpet samples off his floor so no one else would select them and then called me to choose another brand of carpet. He had a few samples picked out for me - ones he had previously sold to satisfied customers. The new carpet has better ratings and the price is a little higher but he did not charge me one penny more! It has taken about 6 months (the wait has been longer due to COVID-19) but I am happily waiting to get my new carpet installed and totally expect to be 100% satisfied again. Bottom line is that Jeff stood by me to make sure he had a satisfied customer, which is what a great business owner does!!

No follow thru, zero open houses. Our home was on market 3 different times within past 15years…read more Each time, it sold within a year. It's largest lot on its block, beautiful & a fantastic home. We were told that open houses would be done constantly & advertised to an aggressive market so that it could follow past buying trends. It went on market in July 2016, shown only twice & that was it. We moved out of state & we were even considering renting or selling. It never was placed on a renter market either. End result, our home is undergoing foreclosure process bc we moved out of state & just couldn't keep 2 homes going. My family and I are very disappointed @ the service we were given. I was even told that it was our fault for lack of communication... what did we need to articulate exactly? Did we need to schedule the open houses ourselves? Did we need to fly back home conduct walk through appointments? 2105 eastlawn was/is a great property but unfortunately our is take was trusting this company w/ our greatest investment.
