He's very kind and communicative and seems to really care about his customers. He got the job done as promised and is great about dealing with excessive questions from one who never had or wanted an alarm but has one now. I definitely recommend this company. He couldn't have done a better job! I had him do the hot cold sensor also required in case it freezes in the desert. Could it be more annoying to have to have that in the desert? My only regret is I didn't have him set up the Moen water shut off also required. I thought I needed a plumber. If you're stuck with these annoying new insurance requirements he can handle it all and make it easy for you!

The amount of problems I've experienced with desert alarm is absolutely horrendous. I hope if anyone reading this review is currently on the fence they will see this and this will be there confirmation. The customer service here is night and day vs desert alarm. George is the real deal. I would say he learned all the great qualities of his father and left all the poor qualities at desert alarm. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my business.
