The team was polite and arrived on time, and communication was clear. Unfortunately, the priority areas were not properly completed, and I had to re-clean the kitchen and floors myself. The overall quality did not match the time billed. I want to clarify my experience. The home was completely empty and the main goal was a move-out style clean with focus on floors and overall freshness before showings. I specifically asked for the lowest price option and understood that it would not be a full deep clean. However, after the service there were visible streaks and residue on the hardwood floors and some areas still needed attention, which required me to redo parts of the cleaning myself before showing the home. Communication was polite, but the final result did not meet my expectations for a move-out clean, especially considering the home was vacant. I hired this cleaning company for a move-in clean, expecting a professional experience that would give me peace of mind before settling into my new place. While the apartment was already in decent condition, I wanted that extra level of cleanliness that only a professional service should provide. Unfortunately, that's not what I received. The first cleaning did not meet basic expectations, which was incredibly frustrating. To their credit, they did come back to correct the job, and I appreciated Jessica's effort the second time around. However, the fact that a re-clean was necessary completely defeated the purpose of hiring a professional in the first place. Instead of checking a task off my list, this added stress and time I didn't anticipate during an already busy move. Another concern was with the estimating process. Amy quoted me $180-$225 and later on when discussed she said she had recording (also very telling of a company who records people in THEIR homes) she said "I have a recording saying that the price was between 225 and 270 and then who knows maybe it will only take 2 hours and we will only be 180 but I quoted 225 to 270 but probably closer to the 225. " That discrepancy felt unprofessional and confusing. The final bill was $337. This also wasn't even near the price she says she originally quoted. She did apply a "discount" for the hours spent redoing the job--but since the return trip was required due to their own oversight, calling it a discount felt misleading at best. I paid the full amount owed, due to just never dealing with this company again. 247.50 was the total amount. Amy also mentioned multiple times that she was "already taking a loss" and emphasized that she's a small business. While I respect the hustle, paying customers also have expectations, and responsibilities. The implication that I should feel guilty for wanting the job done right was off-putting. Overall, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I expected a hassle-free, professional service and instead walked away disappointed and confused by both the execution and the communication. read more

Had two cleanings done as I recovered from surgery. Amy worked out a price for the two visits and I said "yes". On time arrival, agreed to use my floor steamer and not a mop with cleaner. Great job and took Zelle payment. Amy personally reached out when I sent out the bid for the job. She is one of only two companies that didn't ask me for photos of what they were gonna have to clean when telling them the square footage, number of rooms, type of flooring and what I didn't need the to do. Called to get a quote on a deep cleaning service, informed them of the size (3 bedroom 2 bathroom) and condition of the home, and was quoted $450-$550. The day they arrived, I had them only clean 2 of the bedrooms and bathrooms, 1 full room less than I was quoted. At the end of the day, I was charged $660, and the quality of the work is far from what was expected. Sections of the floor that were not touched with a mop, still buildup in one of the showers, areas that were not dusted, etc. I will say that the majority of the work performed was done very well, but there were some issues I had with the rest. I reached out to the company, and asked if there was a way to get a discount on the services, and even sent pictures of the issues I had, and was told no, her people are worth every penny of what was charged. I'm not one to cause a big stink, so I paid my bill and left it at that. I have had other companies do deep cleans on properties that were larger than this, and in worse condition, for less money. I would recommend finding other options, as that's what I will do in the future. read more

We had a bad experiencing with this cleaning service in our house in Indian Wells. She sent a young tall guy and a gal and they insisted they needed 5 hours but I knew that 2:30 hrs. was plenty. The guy spent one hour in a small bathroom and he did not clean the tub nor the floor. After they left I noticed they had done a very poor job cleaning, especially the floor. Last week hired a house cleaning my neighbor referred me to and 2 gals came, they were done in 2 hours and 15 min; They did a better job for half the cost that Honey Comb charged. Very poor quality service! Floor not vacuumed properly. Sinks that were not cleaned. Dust on several surfaces. Window panes not cleaned. Cannot trust they would do a good job without supervision. UPDATE! WOW! Amy and her team of super heroes came and got my apartment in tip top shape! Looked better than when I first moved in! I am completely rebuilding my home, and so I will be in this apartment until it is finished. Trying to get this small place clean with all my storage stuff from house was a challenge and Honeycomb more than rose to the occasion! Apartment was waaaaay past time to be cleaned under statement of the year) and they came on time, with a cheerful can do attitude, and made the place feel like home until my house is finished. Used many different cleaning services before, but now Amy is stuck with me. One of the ladies she brought with her even went above and beyond, fixing things, and cleaned out my fridge which was a job in and of itself! She worked with my schedule and even pushed back some of her own personal commitments so I could get place clean before I go back into hospital to have second round of procedures on my face this week.
