They accept insurance but if you don't have insurance they base your payment on your income! It's a great concept. The staff is top notch, dedicated and professional. They are people who are in the business because they really want to help others. It's such a noticeable difference between other clinics where you are rushed out as fast as they can so they can get to the next billing session, I mean patient. The pharmacy is also discounted if you don't have insurance but they only take prescriptions written by their staff or doctors their staff referred you to. There is always same day appointments available for the more urgent care needs, but never is scheduling an issue. There is also another clinic in Payson. Different review but it will be the same as this one. (Payson doesn't have the pharmacy or the psychiatric, just medical.) Saturday they have a walk in, no appointment clinic. My personal physician was found here. And all though he has now moved up to another community based clinic in SLC, Mountainlands is still where I go for health needs for me and my family.
