Zero Stars!! Warning do not use the storage company or try to rent any U-Haul trucks from them. We…read morewere treating so horrible by Cassie that we will never use U-Haul again and U-Haul has been made aware of this. There was damage to the truck that leaked water and ruined our mattresses and chairs to our dining room. As we were explaining this to Cassie to let her know all she could say was that is not my issue that's a U-Haul issue. That's pretty terrible customer service then as we asked her why were we charge $50 for a cleaning fee? She said she found a shoe in the front metal pole in the back of the cab and a chair that we did not see that we left in there. She didn't bother to call to see if we even wanted it. All she did was hang up on us put the phone on answering service and ignore our concerns. She acts like a little highschooler and should not be in a customer service business. Not sure how old Cassie is, but she's got a lot of growing up left to do.

I called Stowbox of Summerdale and they had a box at my house within two days. Their customer service is amazing and their owner could not be friendlier if he tried. I highly recommend them over their competition, hands-down. Also, they were about $100 cheaper than their competition.

Open on the weekends (and maybe during the week) they have literally everything. Local vendors set up selling old things in a yard sale format. Some days you want to spend thousands of dollars here (that'd buy a lot of stuff) and other times they just don't have what you want. It is worth going to check it out to buy some furniture, old computer equipment, military surplus, art, fresh produce, and even eat a hot dog for lunch. Sometimes they have live music and the people are friendly and ready to make a deal!
