The breakfast was not overly sugary as it is in America and the coffee was a godsend. We only had drip coffee while vacationing in the Gran Canaria, so this little treat was the best thing I could have hoped for (from a proclaimed morning coffee addict). The waitstaff was very pleasant and friendly, and the proximity to the beach was certainly attractive.

This one is SPRAWLING, more like a department store with a large grocery section. When we saw all the prepared foods that they had available, along with a giant selection of wine, we just thought we'd forego dining out, and make good use of the microwave at the lovely ABnB we were using. And some of our choices were of very good quality, rivalling, or perhaps better than, many a restaurant we've visited: that seafood rice made with squid ink was especially memorable. We also found interesting the system they had for produce - you need to go to a weighing station, punch in the code, weigh it, and get a ticket - just one reason we enjoy having our eyes open when we go to a new place!
