We came with 1 hour left of the atomic bowling. We payed $20 a person to have a fun night. For 20 of the 60 minutes of time we had to play, the lane was broken. When we questioned what was going on, the management and staff was rude and told us quote "to get the fuck out".. when I called to asked for the managers name he told me "Jay" and hung up the phone. When I called back and said I must have got disconnected, I asked when the GM was present and when I could speak to them. The told me they couldn't give me an exact time and that I could call back on Tuesday due to the holiday. I told them I would be sure to do that. The lady on the phone with "don't complain too much" and hung up the phone.. how disappointing. Such a waste of time and a terrible place to be.
