In a very small amount of time, they created such a big, beautiful archway for us. Huge 75th numbers lit up with gorgeous balloons and flowers. It was simply stunning. At delivery time, I get a call from a Door Dasher telling me that the balloons couldn't fit in his car. I was confused because that's not my problem...Party City accepted my order and promised to deliver it. About an hour later, I received 2 tangled bouquets and was told that the rest were on the way. Welp...I never received them and could not decorate the party as intended. I called Party City customer service to inquire and they could not get in touch with the local store.
