All the presents we (she) gives are well accepted and there are always many 'ooos' and 'ahhhhhs'.

Their website explains how a lot of their stock is Australian produced and hand made. I've bought a couple of items here and they've been worn quite regularly by our friends with kids. There are cute summer dresses in cotton with floral and vibrant patterns, boots, and bright wedges. I've noticed that they usually seem to have a pretty good range of cowboy boots during the colder months too. The service is friendly and cheerful and the sales assistants do a really good job at helping you work your way through the clothes and making suggestions about matching accessories.

Inside this delightful store is a treasure trove of restored vintage fashion in spectacular form and finish. Dorothy & Evelyn also carries vintage fashion for bubs and kids so if you're a fan of old-school cool, you have to check out the kids stuff. It also carries a unique collection of independent designer labels, so there's a good mix of contemporary and classic. On top of that, this store carries a large array of fashion accessories, with an emphasis on cute animals and graphic adorned pieces. Dresses, tops, pants and skirts, and a select range of shoes, belts, bags are all proudly on display. Not to forget jackets and coats either! Shoes, bags and accessories are eclectic and very original, sourced from artisans around the world. It's very pricey, and rightly so. It's not some place I can afford to go often, but when I do purchase something there's something special about wearing a designer label that I know is going to be hard to spot on someone else.
