Depending on the size of the crew, they are in and out in an hour to 90 minutes - and our house is about 3000 sq ft. Second, they are quiet. They may chat in the beginning as they triage the house, but then everyone puts on their earbuds and all I hear is a vacuum. Working from home, it was essential for me to find a service that wouldn't distract me with lots of chatter. Third, they communicate well. My typical cleaning day is Monday, so I get a text by mid-day on Friday giving me a two-hour window when they will be here. Recently there have been a couple weeks where so many employees were sick, they needed to reschedule. They were very accommodating and apologetic about it. Finally, they just do a good job. They are not deep cleaners, but surfaces are wiped, floors are mopped, and the kitchen looks great. At the rates we are paying (very competitive!), I don't expect a deep clean every time. They do the basics and it frees up my time to periodically tackle the deep cleaning projects .
