I canceled my service in November 2023, I have spoked to customer service including a supervisor 3 times regarding my deposit, they have yet to return my deposit fee. When I spoke to the customer service person, she was uninterested and started humming/singing a song while I was talking to her. This is a horrible company, Costco should no longer associate with them, (In which I will be advocating for, write a letter to Costco to stop advertising for them) they will rip you off and be rude about it at the same time. I would like to acknowledge Rich Poffenbarger for his great service. He delivered 6-3 gl. jugs to my elderly parents. He didn't just lay the jugs outside the house but ask where they wanted them and stock them for my parents. I was surprised he went beyond his duties.
