We were just told a water main broke so we have a little pressure tonight. Water being shut off tomorrow morning and service starting about noon. WHAT ??? now no water!!! When we were given our initial spot they were putting us in a place where there was a fire hydrant in the middle of it, obviously we weren't gonna fit and had to call emergency line to speak to someone to move us. He was great and we were given another spot. But... no cable!!! For the price we paid we won't be back. Its too bad the resort itself seems decent and the people in surrounding spots friendly. Alot of people are here fulltime and they have homes and rental cabins. Not our cup of tea. Should have just gonna to Parker i think. Sorry Arizona Oasis, we've been to much nice for less and full hookups with cable and WI-FI were just that.

It's the one on the right hand side. Make sure you can clear the right gate before pulling forward. For the larger rigs, perhaps park along the street. They have nice spacious sites. I didn't feel congested among my neighbors. The river access makes this place a winner. Bring a cooler of your favorite beverages and enjoy the view. Also don't forget your fishing pole. I truly regretted. Staff was quick to get us in and make corrections to our assigned site. There was someone parking at our spot but that problem went away quickly. I truly appreciated that. One thing I do wish are gravel covered sites to minimize dirt getting everywhere. Great place nonetheless. 5 stars!

I grew up living at Aha Quin in the early to mid-70s. In the summer, the manager hired me to mow the grass around the trailers. I felt rich! (The only thing was pushing the mower in 120-degree heat.) I was a true "River Rat." My fondest memory is standing at the edge of the bend on the river that jetted out from the shore during a desert thunderstorm. The lightning was vivid and electric. I felt like I was king of the world, standing there in the storm, smelling the fresh air, and feeling the rain hit my body. leaseholders and their boats & river toys, and the jet skis The weekends were bustling with the leaseholders and their boats & river toys, the jet skies were a new invention back then! The school year was spent at Palo Verde Valley High. The bus would come all the way to Aha Quin to take me, my brother and sister in town. We have had a few hiccups and the park manager Donnita and Rita have been the best and accommodating and making things awesome...The pool/hot tub are amazing and a great spot to relax... Oh and did I mention the very reasonable rates and the access to all the great bike and hiking trails and 5 minutes to historic downtown Yuma....

Coming from Colorado River it was nice to open the door to see grass,and the river. The rooms weren't extravagant but had everything we needed. A/c,tv,kitchen. Coffee maker, shower. Beds are very comfortable. The cleaning staff were so kind to bring some clothes one of my roommates left in our room after we checked out. I was happy with the Resort.

Mostly for the amenities that are very lackluster and for how you're treated as a guest. Hospitality isn't a speciality here at Branson's but maybe we'll get there one day - maybe my kids will be able to see it, or my grandchildren. I'll stay hopeful for them.
