Not only did they shampoo the carpeting, wipe down all surfaces, and disinfect the bath areas, they wiped down the windows- inside and out (we have a lot of tall windows, too). Mac even repaired a broken vanity drawer in the process! And the pricing was very reasonable given the amount of cleaning that was completed. Needless to say, we are super impressed. The kitchen floor looked fabulous! Cleaner than it has ever been. There were permanent (we thought) marks that are gone now. She was willing to stay even longer. It was I who said no. She seemed frustrated, but she was polite about it. The tasks she left were small ones. This was her first time with us. It won't take as long as she gets to know our house, I hope.
