I realize that used them before when I had a flat tire over the winter. For minimal cost they waited while the new tire was put on my old rim. I told them that I appreciated how easy they made it for me and that I would write a positive review for them then. I never got around to it and therefore forgot to do it. I try to be a person of my word, so I am doing it now. I had a different driver back then and a different cab, but the driver seemed to be a very nice, friendly, decent young man. I regret not leaving the positive review then, but feel better now that I have. These people truly deserve it. I don't think that anyone would regret using their service. Only the opposite.

And really, I have asked for the ride with anticipation and made sure they got my address and my time right. They even confirm they will be there and then they are not. First time they bailed on me in the early morning i thought it was a one time thing, but today is the second time and I might loose my flight to see my family because of how irresponsible these people is.

I called around 5-6 last night to schedule a ride for 6:45 in the morning. The owner answered and said that I was already in the book for pickup . I thought that was odd, so I had him double check the address. I was on my porch at 6:42 and waited. I called at 648- no answer. I saw the cab go past my block at 6:52. I called at 6:55 and the guy who answered said that I wasn't in the book. I was a little stressed and it showed in my voice. I asked them if they could still pick me up as there was a cab in the area. The guy snapped at me and told me not to take it out on him and then hung up on me. After I arranged a new ride , I called Zippy again and said that I no longer needed a pick up and that I was never using them again. I didn't yell at the guy ever . I had him on speaker and I have a Ring so I can prove that. When I got to work ( 5 minutes late), I received a text from Zippy saying that I was now banned from their cab service . What a joke. As though they are the only cab service in town and as though I could ever trust them again.

They told my wife they do not move any furniture and would not move anything. My wife just had two surgeries and has cancer so she could not move the furniture. She wanted the carpets cleaned and I still must work full time. I am in my 70's and could not be there. I thought having the carpet cleaned for her would be a nice surprise to cheer her up. It did not. There website specifically states (hidden it the frequently asked questions): "Generally our carpet cleaning technicians will be able to move small furniture for you - like chairs and coffee tables" I am very disappointed in what they did. There before and after photos on their website clearly show that there was no furniture in the rooms leading me to believe that they would at least move the furniture to clean around it. Their site should be clear in what they are providing when they quote cleaning a room. They only did the areas you walk on. I had to search their website for several minutes to find ANY description of what is and is not included. They called us after I sent the above to their corporate headquarters, but they only wanted to state they did a great job. They DID NOT. That is not customer satisfaction. I would never use them again.

His carpet cleaning is gentle and non toxic but thorough. Many times he has rescued my carpet from disaster. He has installed bathroom fixtures, and a porcelain floor. Greg is neat and quiet. He painted my bedrooms when I was in the process of packing to move, no mean feat. He has also done gutter cleaning and gardening at my condo. My neighbors at my former condo were many seniors who were skittish about having strangers around, but we all loved having Greg around.
