Loving that Sparks is located on Seth Child! It's one of the best burger spots and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. They have the best gluten free burger I have ever had! This was a nice burger spot to try out and I wouldn't mind coming back to it. Probably the second best fast food burger joint according to myself. The burger is hot, the shake was malting, and the service was quick with a smile. Great burgers wonderfull sides, and awesome milkshakes! The staff are always smiling and very friendly! All their meat, eggs, cheese, and dairy are from farms and ranches within 100 miles. I have had most of their sandwiches other than the vegan burger and the ones with jalapenos. The Potato Dippers are unique in my experience and taste great. I personally enjoy the Sweet Potato Waffle Fries. During the "Eggnog" season they offer an Eggnog Milkshake which I think is awesome. read more

Oh, and get it with mushrooms too. And my Veggie burger was so off the chain great, that I am plotting my next trip to Sparks! And while you are there, get the fried pickles. Been here twice to their new location on Seth Child Rd. and it's been amazing. Everything from the burgers, to sides, to milkshakes are delicious. The only negative I have is they only fill the sauce cups 1/2 full, so you are out of sauce 1/4 way through your fries. Spark's sauce is one of the best sauces I've had. Don't miss this place!
