Mr. Grell assured me over the phone that he would expedite the process and expected it to take about a week. He said he was preparing an engagement letter and would get started shortly. After a few days with no update, I followed up--no response. A week later, still nothing. I waited another week and left a voicemail asking if the project had been completed. Finally, three weeks after our initial conversation, I received a message from Mr. Grell stating that he had a conflict and I would need to seek counsel elsewhere. Let's be honest: the only real conflict here seems to be with Mr. Grell's sense of responsibility and professional integrity. He simply failed to follow through, failed to communicate, and failed to deliver on his word. If he had no intention or ability to take on the project, he could have been upfront from the beginning instead of wasting valuable time. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere. Don't risk your deadlines or business on someone who doesn't take their professional commitments seriously. Mr. Grell demonstrated no self-awareness and no accountability.
