Multiple times, she said one thing and then switched her stance as soon as the opposing counsel brought it up. She ARGUED against me, her client, in mediation alongside the mediator. We were in this custody battle because my ex-husband showed up to coach my sons baseball team drunk, got kicked off the coaching staff, got a DUI while trying to pick our son up at my house and tested off the charts for illegal narcotics. Somehow, he walked out of mediation with more parenting time and decision making over baseball. Megan Pettis did not advocate for me in the slightest during one part of this process including mediation. I felt completely bullied by her and the mediator and forced to agree to things I did not believe were best for my son (through tears and distress).

I spent hours coming up with a plan for three types of outcomes. I emailed them to my attorney at N&S with absolutely no response. He actually took the Zoom call from his home, explaining that he was leaving for vacation after the call and could not show up in person. We got waxed by my ex-wife's attorney with Will and the mediator even putting pressure on me to give up way more than I needed to. I am thoroughly and completely disappointed with my representation from this firm who clearly "mailed it in". Do your homework. You can get good counsel for half of what this firm charges. Attorneys have a poor reputation for a reason. This one is well deserved.

I had reached out to Randy and his firm based on a referral. We booked time for a specific date and time as my calendar is very full and typically I have back to back meetings. Randy no showed for the meeting and did not even reach out. When I reached out he said he was on another call. I get that I am a new potential client but he could have at least notified me he would be late but instead I had to reach out. When he finally called me he was rude and arrogant. He did not feel my business was worth it and told me up front he would not do business with me - he would not do business with me because I asked him why he could not have told me he was late. He then began yelling at me and then just hung up. Is this how people behave - what happen to professionals? I would avoid this firm at all cost. Right now their phone numbers do not work and when you get a vm it is full - even when you tell them its full, they do nothing. If you are going to be late you let your client or potential client know. You apologize and not yell at the client because the client is upset for your behavior.

Attorney Lennon advised accepting less money than was ordered by the court, so another attorney was contracted and was able to negotiate the settlement originally sought. At one point Attorney Lennon didn't understand my requests and conveyed this to opposing counsel instead of working to align better with what was explained to her in multiple emails. I would not recommend hiring an attorney who tells opposing counsel that she's "confused" and advises her clients to accept less money than the court has awarded. When I decided on new counsel, Attorney Lennon refunded the majority of her fee.
