We were travelling with our toddler and while I KNOW she should be 100% off bottles, we are picking our fights and she still enjoys one with her milk in the morning and in the evening. That being said, we only brought two bottles and planned on cleaning them as we went. Our only problem was we forgot dish soap. After asking the front desk where would be the easiest place to find some they recommended Cubby's and they were right! While you pay convenience store prices, it was easy to pick up what we needed and they had a few options which was nice. The store itself has a good variety of food, snacks, odds and ends, and likely serves as a little grocer for anyone who lives nearby. I wouldn't say I loved this place so much I would definitely return, but I will say it was clean, had what we needed, and was conveneint, which really was about all I could ask for in a nearby convenience store.

But not Saturday, had a little over $130 in the account, everything went normally except I didn't get a notice on the bank app. Next store i went to, only allowed $30 on the card, turns out Kwik Star had placed a $101 dollar hold on my account for a $13 gas purchase, and then failed to process it correctly, so four days later, it's still floating out there and my account is still empty. Kwik Star tried to blame my bank, then admitted fault, then tried to blame my bank again, then admitted fault to my bank, and then tried to blame my bank again. At this point in time, it would appear that they have done nothing to correct the problem, told my bank they can't even figure out what they screwed up, and it would appear that they are intentionally just waiting for the 5 business day limit they have before it just drops off and run it through ahain, in the meantime leaving me with zero funds for the entire week. No apology, no attempt to make it right or even offer to compensate for the very real problems they have caused me.

Filled with DEF as well and hit the road, made it to Grimes, Iowa when our warning light about our DEF went off and a countdown of how many miles we had to get the truck to a dealership for service or the truck would shut down. Took the truck in to have checked and discovered this Cenex store has BAD DEF in their tank. At which time the technician also informed us we are not the only ones to have vehicle problems after purchasing this stations fuel products. We are scheduled on a non refundable trip to Colorado this coming Saturday and our dealership informed us they may not be able to solve the problem before then. DO NOT USE THEIR DEF!!!
