Sitting, standing, laying down were all very uncomfortable and sometimes lead to electrical pain down my right arm. I self-managed for 2+ weeks with ice, heat, Tylenol before seeing the doctor. Meds prescribed didn't give much relief either. Finally, I turned to chiropractic care and luckily made a same day appointment with Dr. Young on a FRIDAY of all days. During the initial exam Dr. Young took care to evaluate my condition, explain his treatment approach and the techniques available to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the level of force he would use before making any manipulations. Over a 6-week treatment period I've become pain-free. Dr. Young is personable, takes the time for a detailed check-in on symptoms at each appointment, and has a special knack to get me to "relax" just prior to the adjustments. A few adjustments to my feet even made it into the mix that have significantly helped with some recent pain when walking. His office is a hidden gem in downtown Hockinson, located in the same building as the Hockinson Market. I appreciated that I saw him clean the tables at the beginning of each appointment as well.
